The Cleveland Cavaliers and the Denver Nuggets were both going for sweeps Monday night. Cleveland, with Lebron James scoring 27, were successful. The team has yet to lose a game in the postseason and have won eight playoff games in a row by double digits, an NBA record. The Nuggets, however, came up a little short in an exhilarating game played in Dallas' American Airlines Center. Early on, the Nuggets looked like they would run away and close out the Mavs as they led 34 - 23 at the end of the first quarter. They still led by one at halftime. Dallas stepped up their game in the third and closed within three going into the fourth. The fourth quarter saw Denver lead most of the way, by no more than 5, until 1:05 left when Dirk Nowitzki hit a shot over Kenyon Martin to Give Dallas the a lead they never gave up. Nowitzki scored 44 and Carmello Anthony had a career-playoff-best 41 in a losing effort. Game 5 will be played Wednesday at 9PM at the Pepsi Center in Denver.
