Kiefer Sutherland, the star of "24" "allegedly head-butted" the clothing designer.  The show is to go into production at "the end of this month",  however  if charges  are brought up against Mr. Sutherland, he could face some jail time, as he is already on parole for a DUI charge.  No charges have been filed as of , yet.  This could delay production.
