In a lawsuit filed last week against Aerosmith, the band was accused of canceling a sold-out show in Maui in Sept. 2007, earning almost $400k instead of the $250k they would have earned for performing as scheduled. The Maui News reports that the band will play sometime in the fall as part of a settlement that received preliminary approval from 2nd Circuit Court Judge Joseph Mendoza on Friday. Under the settlement, the 8,000 + fans who had tickets to the canceled show in 2007 will attend the show for free.
