A Metallica tribute band based in Philadelphia, dubbed Misstallica, is comprised of an all female lineup. They can be seen below performing the classic, "Master of Puppets". Several of the band's members also perform in a King Diamond tribute called, of course, Queen Diamond. A clip of this band is shown below as well.
