A retrospective book with rare and exclusive photos of Metallica's early days will be released on the 1st of April by ECW Press. The book, titled "Metallica: The Club Days", will contain photos of some of the band's first shows, including the original lineup with Ron McGovney on bass and Dave Mustaine on lead guitar. Photos from Kirk Hammett's first gig are also in the book. The photos were all taken by Bill Hale and most have never been published.
