Word is that Sean Penn is chatting with Universal Pics and Imagine Entertainment to star in "CARTEL". An actiony-mission film that is kind of a remake of the 1993 movie La Scorta", but instead of Italian mob bosses and cops, it deals with the Mexican cartels and a father helping his son.
