2009 will be a very busy year for Aerosmith, as they have plans to release a new album, the first original material from the rock legends since 2001, and support it with a lnog summer tour. Also in the works is a book of the band's interviews over their 35-year career. Titled "Aerosmith: Essential Interviews", the book gives great insight into the band's history. The book's publisher is Rock Reader Books/Lulu and will be available May 17. The album will be produced by super producer Brendan O'Brien and the band hopes to have it finished and be out on the road by the beginning of June.
