Former Danzig, Nothingface, HellYeah bassist, Jerry Montano, is suing the country / tv star John Rich, of the country outfit Big & Rich.  Jerry apparently was not only severely beaten
by the country singer, but was also bashed in the head with a beer bottle.  The initial argument took place in the lobby of the Mondrian Hotel located in West Hollywood and later moved up to John's hotel room.  Jerry was admitted to the emergency room and treated for a broken nose.

The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles and claims that John Rich's manager had
warned Jerry about how violent John can become when he is drunk.  Jerry is
suing for unspecified damages for "cuts, scrapes, permanent scarring, swelling, and bruising to his lips, jaw, face, teeth and nose."

Keep this in mind:  Jerry Montano was allegedly kicked out of
HellYeah for assaulting their producer / engineer and for threatening I Am Going To Go Get A Gun, Come Back
And Shoot Everyone! at the HellYeah release party.
