The Tyketto show in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil this past May was a big success and some of the most fun that I and the boys have had in a long, long time. Rio is a city unlike any other and it's someplace that simply has to be seen and experienced to be fully appreciated. Everyone, from the promoters, to the fans, to the record shops, were all so welcoming and seemed so pleased to finally have Tyketto on their home ground after all these years. All of us would like to offer a simple "Thank You" to everyone involved. The best news is that we are talking about doing it all over again next year! Obrigado!
I hate to admit defeat, but you can't make people return your calls and emails when they don't want to. So we have to officially give up our quest to have Tyketto play Rocklahoma this year. I saw how many people wrote into their web site and asked for us and we're all grateful.
I just wish I could offer you a reasonable explanation why it didn't happen. I simply don't have any idea.
Be that as it may there might just still be an announcement later on about a few more Tyketto shows before the year is out. Stay tuned!
