With Justin Bieber's sophomore album "Believe" hitting stores on Tuesday, industry prognosticators are already projecting the album will record the most first-week sales of the year.  It's early in the week, so projections will likely change as we head into the weekend, but sources are currently projecting the album will sell between 400,000 and 500,000 copies, easily ahead of the 359,000 copies Madonna sold with "MDNA," the current high-selling debut set of the year.  If those numbers hold true, "Believe" will also represent Bieber's highest-selling week ever, as his debut album "My World 2.0" peaked at 291,000 copies in its second week of release.  The final sales figures for the tracking week that began Tuesday will be available next Wednesday.
