Former Yngwie Malmsteen and Judas Priest frontman Tim "Ripper" Owens surprised diners at his Akron, Ohio restaurant earlier this week when he performed a pair of songs including the Joan Baez (and later Judas Priest) classic, "Diamonds and Rust."  Owens recently hooked up with Randy Arehart, owner of Akron's Tap House, to revamp the popular restaurant, renaming it the Ripper Owens Tap House, which opened its doors in October.  Check out some fan-filmed footage of Owens singing "Diamonds" below.
