I guess the FBI aren't fans of the Insane Clown Posse.  The agency has included the Juggalos, the name by which ICP's passionate, painted face fans are known, in its 2011 list of known gangs.  According to the report, Juggalos have exhibited gang-like behavior in a number of states, including Arizona, California, Pennsylvania, and 18 other states.

The report said that most Joggalo criminal activity involves petty crime such as simple assault, personal drug use and possession, petty theft and vandalism, but noted that there is a smaller subset of the community that have engaged in mire serious crimes like felony assault, robbery and distribution of controlled substances.
