Pop superstar Lady Gaga, it was reported Thursday, has agreed to perform on the 40th annual "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve" in four months.  Hosted by Ryan Seacrest, the show will feature live performances from the West Coast, as well as liive footage of the iconic ball dropping in Times Square at midnight ET.  The Black Eyed Peas' Fergie will once again co-host with Seacrest.
