According to a report on MempisRap.com, rapper Rick Ross has been sued by another rapper named  Teflon Don for trademark infringement and other civil wrongdoings in reference to Ross' 2010 album "Teflon Don."  The suit also names DJ Khaled, Universal Music, Def Jam, and Ross Maybach music label.

Teflon Don claims in the suit that Ross and the other parties infringed on his brand with the album, which led to the derailment of his career.  "I'm building a name, I'm building a brand and for someone to come with an album and an alias the name 'Teflon Don' and they have big budgets to put behind it, it blocks me from progressing. I was climbing the ladder and it feels like I went straight downhill and I don't feel like that's fair," Don said in an interview.

Amazingly, it's not Ross' first time being sued for stealing a name.  Born William Leonard Roberts II, the rapper admittedly got his stage name from drug dealer "Freeway" Ricky Ross, who sued him for trademark infringement last June.  The case was thrown out of court just 16 days later, ironically just a couple of weeks before "Teflon Don" arrived in stores.
