Marin County Featured Home Search

Home Search Option 1: This Marin County home search is very in depth and detailed. It features a really cool map search function and is incredibly thorough, with plenty of stats, demographics, school info and much more. It moves a bit slow due to the loading of the map, but it is well worth the wait. Search Option 1 Home Search Option 2: This Marin real estate search tool is much more basic, but moves a lot faster. Searches are broken down by area and feature custom links, making it a nice option when you just want to go window shopping for homes. The other thing cool about this one is that the pending homes and sold homes are taken off of the search quicker than sites like Trulia and Zillow. One of the biggest complaints seem to be when clients use those websites to search for homes, spending the time to pick out their favorite homes to view, only to find out later that those homes were already sold, or were pending. This search system is updated more frequently and immediately eliminates those that are no longer on the market.
