When R&B star Usher pulled a lady out of the crowd at his show in Madison Square Garden Monday night, he had no idea things would get violent. Usher pulled the lady up on stage and the two were getting cozy on a leather couch when the young lady went to swing her legs around to straddle Usher and her shoe caught the side of the singer's face.
