It looks like Lady Gaga's hectic schedule has taken its toll. The pop superstar had to cancel a scheduled performance at Purdue University last night, apparently due to exhaustion. Fans, after opening acts Jason DeRulo and Semi Precious Weapons has performed, were told: "Lady Gaga will not be able to take the stage this evening due to sudden illness."

Gaga's publicist issued the following statement: "Due to exhaustion and dehydration, Lady Gaga collapsed and passed out before her show tonight in West Lafayette, Indiana. Her physician has advised her to take a few days off to rest." No word yet on how much time she will be taking off, though the Purdue show has been re-scheduled for January 26th.
