A Los Angeles couple has filed a lawsuit against KISS bassist Gene Simmons claiming they were assaulted by him after filming him at The Grove mall last Saturday. The couple's lawyer said that a police report was filed after the incident. The couple sought a restraining order against Simmons that was denied. Simmons has not been arrested nor have any charges been filed. The suit asks for more than $25,000 in damages.
