At her last concert on the European leg of her "I A...Sasha Firece" tour, Beyonce announced plans to the crowd to release a new album in 2010.

"This is my last show for this tour in the UK, so hopefully, I'll see you all in a year with a new album," a raspy-voiced Beyonce said to the crowd at the end of the set, before thanking them "from the bottom of my heart" for coming to the show.

The pop star's producer, Rodney "Darkchild" Jenkins also reported on Twitter that he is already working on tracks for a new Beyonce record. No further details are currently available. Her 2008 album, "I Am... Sasha Fierce", has sold more than 2.5 million copies in the US alone.
