Korn bandmates bassist Reginald "Fieldy" Arvizu, drummer Ray Luzier, and guitarist Brian "Head" Welch have joined together with Slipknot guitarist Jim Root and Sevendust's Clint Lowery to lay down an instrumental track to benefit bassist Chi Cheng of the Deftones. Cheng was in a near-fatal car crash November 3rd in northern California. Cheng is said to have "started tracking with eyes and saying words", though not fully awake. His insurance company stopped paying for his treatment mid-January and his home has been repossessed. View footage of Arvizu discussing the project below.
